Generation Direct, Inc. is an outsourced call center devoted to providing quality outsourced services to a variety of clients. In the call center environment attrition is a fact of life, call center reps are replaced on a fairly regular basis. In the past Generation Direct, inc. would do a yearly shirt for its employees, needing to do a single order and in bulk each time. 1) Now instead of doing a single bulk order, Generation Direct, Inc logs into their client portal and orders shirts on an as needed basis. For instance, the first day of a new training class, shirt types and sizes are collected, entered into ODI’s client ordering portal and they are shipped to them the next day.
By the end of the first week of training, the new class has their shirts!
2) Enhanced employee satisfaction with corporate clothing. In the past bulk orders of one kind of t shirt would be entered, now employees have the choice between a standard t shirt, babydoll fitted ladies t, ladies specific t shirt or long sleeved shirts. The online ordering system makes re-orders easy, simply select the previous proof, enter the types and amounts of shirts, and get the shirts shipped the following day!

There are several ways to upload your custom t shirt artwork to onDemand Imprinting.
Once you create your user account with us (by filling out a few easy fields) you can upload your image into your customer portal. This will alert our designers your artwork has been uploaded and they will get to work right away. They will respond to you and let you know how your artwork is progressing. It is as easy as that! If you are not comfortable using our online portal, simply send your artwork as an email attachment to sales@ondemandimprinting.com and we will take it from there!

We can accept anything: e-mailed art, faxed art, or mailed hard copy. Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest in order to process your custom t shirt imprinting order. Remember, your artwork will be handled personally by a member of our art team. They have the experience and education required to make sure everything turns out just like you imagined it! Once you have uploaded your artwork, which will be reviewed by our team of experienced graphic artists, we'll send you a confirmation email that the proof has been listed for acceptance. Once you log in you can accept the proof, from that point it is as easy as adding products to a shopping cart!
You select your proof and add it to your cart, you can select styles of clothing, colors and sizes in an easy-to-use custom t shirt configuration area. All prices are listed and you can experiement with adding various items to your order. We make ordering custom t shirts easy as you don't have to be limited to a single style for your order. We have basic t shirts, long sleeve shirts, hoodies, womens cap sleeve shirts, womens ringers, womens t shirts tight and loose. You can customize your order to your heart's content!

We ship via UPS in most cases. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two additional business days to ship.
The available shipping options can be found below. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a PO Box or an APO address, we will ship your order via United States Postal Service; no tracking information can be provided and delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

The time it takes to produce your order depends on a variety of variables, namely which item you've chosen, the complexities of your logo, the number of imprint colors you choose and the shipping method chosen. If you require your order for a particular event, let us know - challenge us - we'll work with you to choose the best options to make your date.
Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the item, method of service and distance traveled. Your order is always carefully reviewed by our team, and you'll know your shipping charges up front - before your order goes into production. And, what you've been quoted is what you'll pay, not a penny more!

Every ordered custom t shirt at onDemand is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away.

- If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explaination of the problem.
